Why should I register?

If you're a practicing natural scientist in South Africa, registration ensures legal compliance. The Natural Scientific Professions Act (Act No. 27 of 2003) requires all practicing natural scientists to be registered in terms of Sections 18 (1) and 20(2)(a) of the Act. In addition registration provides your current or prospective employers / clients with a quality assurance of your capability.
