Why do I have to pay a Qualification Assessment Committee (QAC) fee if I already have a SAQA certificate?

SACNASP needs to do additional verification in addition to the SAQA evaluation. SAQA certifies to which National Qualification Framework level the qualification(s) are equivalent. The QAC of SACNASP assesses the subject content of qualifications according to the field of practice for which the applicant has applied.
