Global challenges and global opportunities regard no borders. If your research interest is in addressing a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) problem seeking innovative sustainable solutions that pervade borders, either natural or artificial, this Indaba will provide you with a platform to discuss it.

A common focus cutting across this Indaba will be on the role women play in influencing positive outcomes within the STEM ecosystem as, amongst others, thought leaders and mentors, researchers, educators and policy maker.

The Indaba will include high-level plenary speakers, panel discussions on challenges in STEM research such as the gender gap, salary, work-life balance, along with technical presentation parallel sessions and poster presentations.
